What's Changing for 2026

• NEW Dental Plans — Essential, Core, Signature, Elite and Prestige — that are easy to understand, easy to explain and easy to sell with the plan names and coverage increasing as you move up
• Dual Option Plan — a new plan to make offering voluntary benefits easier for small businesses with 20 or more eligible employees
• Prestige Dental Plan offers the richest benefits when members see a Delta Dental PPO provider

Rates for 2026

• Dental and vision rates have been updated for 2026
• Voluntary rates are available so employers can offer coverage at no cost to them
• No change in Life and Disability shelf rates
• View the 2026 rates now (existing plans can be sold to new clients through the remainder of 2026)
• 2026 Rate Sheet for new Small Business dental plans beginning 6/1/2026

Dental Plans - choose your level

• Each plan was intentionally named to reflect the level of coverage it provides, as well as the option to add orthodontia coverage
  • Essential - solid foundational coverage
  • Core - added protection centered on services that matter most
  • Signature - popular option with expanded benefits
  • Elite - premium protection for growing businesses
  • Prestige - the riches benefits when using PPO dentists

• The new plan options are available for your clients with effective dates beginning 6/1/2026


• Current clients will not be required to transition to these new plans at renewal


• Existing dental plans can be sold to new clients through the remainder of 2026

*To Go is not included on the Prestige Plan. CheckUp Plus℠ is included on the Prestige Plan.

Vision Plans - allow for customization

• Pick a lens copay: $10 or $25
• Select frame/contact lens allowance: $130, $150 or $200
• Choose to offer Funded or Discounted Fit and Follow-up Exams
• Or offer a Materials Only plan with frame allowance option of $130, $150 and $200
